Liftmoore Minimum Standards

Prospective employees must be willing and able to do to all the following:

  • Be on time for and present for their scheduled shift every weekday.  
  • Have reliable transportation to be on time to work their scheduled shift.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs. for shop positions.
  • Comply with company personnel and attendance policies.
  • Pass a drug test prior to hiring and any time thereafter.
  • Pass a physical examination verifying your ability to perform the job functions.
  • Pass a background check, disqualification as follows:
    • Felony conviction within the past 8 years.
    • Prison within last 5 years
    • Jail within last 2 years
    • Currently on parole
    • Any outstanding warrants 
    • Convictions for the following:
      • Murder: Conviction at any point.
      • Sex Crimes: Conviction at any point.
      • Felony Assault: Conviction at any point
      • Felony Theft: Conviction at any point

Misdemeanor Conviction for Assault or Theft: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on severity and amount of time since conviction.
